Accommodating intimate elopements of 20 guests to larger celebrations of 100+ guests, the estate offers flexible in-house bar, catering, musician, and bespoke styling options.

The stunning contemporary timber barn, elegant federation-style amenities, intimate lighting, rustic stone walls, and open-flowing spaces all contribute to a unique and sophisticated ambiance. The wide, shady verandah with views across lush pastures and a backdrop of towering, tall timber, and palm-lined creeks further enhances the refined atmosphere.

We had our wedding here and we were so pleased that we did. A beautiful looking venue with a stunning backdrop. Anna and Austin were incredible hosts, providing consistent communication and plenty of support along the way. The bar staff (The Bartenders) were fantastic and provided a bespoke schedule for us. The venue also has plenty of spots for guests to socialise as well as providing an indoor location for a dance floor which made our night. Exclusive Venue Hire
  • $25000 = 2 Day Hire Exclusive Venue Hire (Fri and Sat 10am – 11pm) up to 100 guests
  • $15900 = 1 Day Hire Exclusive Venue Hire (Fri or Sat 10am – 11pm) up to 100 guests
  • $75 per person - minimum $3000 Exclusive Venue Hire (Wed, Thur, Sun 10am – 4pm)
Venue Hire includes the following: exclusive venue use, Licensed Bar, in house Management + Sommelier + bar staff + glassware + ice, in house furniture including tables, chairs, vintage furniture, backup generator, firewood and fire attendant, car parking attendant, and security.
On Day Coordination starting at $2500 our On Day event coordination packages are a mandatory requirement to ensure your day runs seamlessly and stress free. Select from one of our preferred suppliers and be assured you have the best in the business conducting your special day!
Food Packages starting at $3000 minimum spend.
Options from our preferred suppliers include Formal Dining - with roaming canapé selection, entree, main and dessert; Casual Cocktail – with a selection of roaming canapés and drop-plated share platters; Casual Italian Street Food – with a selection of traditional Wood Fired Pizza or Pasta with a roaming service; Casual Italian Grazing Table – stationary share table; Open Fire Flame Grill - for a theatrical culinary experience for your guests as they watch their meals being prepared on an open fire; Other - external catering can be considered with Pre-approved outside licensed caterers or food vans
Beverage Packages starting at $3000 minimum spend. (All beverage packages include bar staff + glassware + ice).
Options include Drink on arrival; Post ceremony Champagne Tower; Roaming Signature Cocktails; Local tap beer, Craft bottled beer; Standard & Premium wines, Desert Cocktails and a selection of non-alcoholic options. The options are endless, and we are here to guide you and maintain your budget!
Musicians We have a growing list of proven musicians available from $1000 to suit a range of event styles including: Instrumentalist; Solo and Duo (Vocals and Acoustic Guitar); Band (Vocal / Guitar / Sax / Bongos) or you are most welcome to select your favourite muso or DJ subject to a detailed sound check with our Management.
Marquees we have a selection of Sperry Tents and Tipi’s available from $1500 to suit a range of event styles and as additional undercover for outdoor dining wet weather options.
