Australian artist Slim Pickens sits squarely in the Americana genre.. Country Blues and Old Timey music from the 1920s and 30s onwards. He loves a song that tells a story and, in performance, likes to talk about the origins of these songs.
- The Charles-Camilleri Connection 6pm to 8pm – Raw, soulful, and spellbinding – a duo that delivers heart, humour, and serious musical firepower. The Charles Camilleri Connection is the powerful collaboration between two standout performers: legendary vocalist and guitarist Barry Charles, and internationally seasoned guitarist and songwriter Paul Camilleri.
