The Bar – At the heart of the venue you are greeted at the open-style cocktail bar and reception area, looking over the dam and up the valley, flanked by stone walls, pebble pathways, timber railing and an impressive central fireplace. The bar has great energy and character and is fully equipped to ensure no one goes thirsty.

The Kitchen – Our humble kitchen has hosted some of the finest and most celebrated chefs and caterers delivering unforgettable menus from sit-down formal to casual cocktail & canapé style.

The Barn – plays a central figure of the venue with its lofty ceilings, rough-sawn timber, and vented bell tower. Designed to accommodate amplified music it makes for an impressive and very versatile space to host a range of events from indoor/outdoor dining, a spacious dance floor, conference & team building activities; yoga classes or as a wet weather ceremony site.

The Verandah – stepping out from the barn you flow out to the 4m verandah which is a great area to absorb the valley, relaxing in a club chair, enjoying cocktails & canapes or an ideal setting for a long lunch.

The Al Fresco – from the verandah, you brush past tropical foliage and open onto a crushed granite pad great for outdoor dining or mixed up with more casual high tables, wine barrels and umbrellas. This space can also accommodate a marquee which can be perfectly annexed off the barn verandah for seamless flow for guests to mingle and relax.

The Old Dairy – as you stroll from the Al Fresco space you gently rise 70m across expansive lawns to the Old Dairy where intimate ceremonies are held. The site of the first dairy in the area, where milk, fruit & vegetables were taken by horse and cart to Tewantin on the Noosa River. Beyond the Old Dairy site, the lawn continues to six terraces along the edge of the paddock which can be styled into various arrangements.

The Toilets – tucked away behind the Palm Bar are well-appointed toilet facilities for Female, Male, Disabled and Ambulant guests which have been built to liken that of a federation hotel with bottle green tiles against timber walls, and hints of black steel and brass fittings…. a celebration of a bygone era.

A Smoking area is available with ashtrays provided.
